Week of October 19th-October 23rd Monday, October 19th: *Varsity Volleyball will begin Regional play today at Newman Catholic in Mason City at 7pm.  State official cost is $6, passes will not be accepted.  Masks required by everyone.  Concession stand available.  Bus leaves at 4:45.   *Middle School football plays Rockford at home beginning at 4:15. WELLNESS CENTER OPEN with restrictions

  The Wellness Center will re-open beginning Thursday, May 14 ,2020 with the following guidelines. No one under 18.  Even with adult supervision, kids are not allowed at this time.   BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION The Box Tops for Education program has earned North Iowa School over $8,500.00 since we began participation over 10 years ago. In the past, the Box Top label was clipped off the package and sent to the school where they were trimmed and sorted. The labels on packages will now be phased out. Flexible Learning Day

NORTH IOWA SCHOOL is implementing FLEXIBLE LEARNING DAYS A flexible learning day is used to improve learning during a school day that has been cancelled due to inclement weather. Lifting Program

  North Iowa Lifting Program is available to ALL student athletes. Current Lifting Times: The plan is to have the boys and girls alternate lifting at 6am and 6:50am. Whoever has early basketball practice (boys or girls) will lift at 6:00am, whoever has late practice will lift at  6:50am.
