  A WELLNESS CENTER TRAINING will be held Monday, August 26th at 5:30pm.  The training takes about 1/2 hour and your photo will be taken for the identification/access card.  Go to the Wellness Center door on the east side of the school. Flexible Learning Day

NORTH IOWA SCHOOL is implementing FLEXIBLE LEARNING DAYS A flexible learning day is used to improve learning during a school day that has been cancelled due to inclement weather. North Iowa Lifting Program is available to ALL student athletes. Current Lifting Times: Boys lifting schedule as of 11/5: Tues/Wed/Thur. @ 6:30 am (Agilities @7:00am on Wednesday) Girls lifting schedule as of 11/5: Mon/Wed/Fri. @ 7:00 am/Afternoon time varies Lifting is open to any student athlete who wants to start the strength and conditioning program to improve their overall productivity.
