A friendly reminder there is no school for Mrs. Christianson's Kindergarten class ONLY on Thursday, May 7th, due to Kindergarten Round-Up.

Kindergarten Round-Up will be held on Thursday, May 7th during the school day. Children who will be five years of age by September 15, 2026 are invited to attend a portion of the day in Kindergarten. Students enrolled in Preschool and K-Prep will attend during their school day.

New students are welcome to attend in the morning from 8:30 -11:30 a.m. Contact Chris Davis, Elementary Secretary, at 641-562-2525 or email at chris.davis@northiowa.org to sign up.

Parents of incoming Kindergarten students are invited to attend a parent meeting on Thursday, May 7th from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. in the school commons. Daycare will not be available. Parents will get to meet the staff, get an idea of what a school day will look like, and learn about what to do between now and when school starts.

 If you know of someone new to the district who may not see this notice and who has a child eligible to attend Kindergarten in 2026-2027, please pass along this information.
