Spring Parent/Teacher Conferences

Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences are coming up soon!

  • Tuesday, March 25 - 2:45 Student Dismissal - Conferences from 3:20-7:20 PM  (Preschool will have additional spots available to accommodate all families.)
  • Thursday, March 27 - 2:45 Student Dismissal - Conferences from 3:20-7:20 PM (Preschool will have additional spots available to accommodate all families.)
  • Friday, March 28 - No school for staff or students

New for the 2024-2025 school year is the ability to sign up for elementary conferences with your student’s advisor in Family jmc. Please log in to your Family jmc portal to sign up for a conference beginning on March 1. Please schedule a conference with your student's advisor, special education teacher, and Title I teacher as needed. The student's advisor name can be found in Family jmc on the menu under Academics -- Schedule.

  • Scheduled conference times will auto-save.
  • Families can see when your conferences are scheduled in your Family jmc portal at any time. No confirmation is sent to families at the time that you schedule the conference.
  • Families will receive a reminder email the day before your conference.

Preschool - 5th Grade: Sign Up for a Conference Date & Time

Family jmc Online sign-up will be available March1- March15. Those not signed up by that date will be assigned a date and time.

  • Advisors will be located in their classrooms.
  • Specialist teachers (music, art, physical education) will be in the main gym.
  • Mrs. Olson is located in Room #117. Ms. Lukes will be located in Room #222 (second floor). Mrs. Jutting is in Room #223 (second floor).

6th - 8th Grade: Sign Up for a Conference Date & Time

Family jmc Online sign-up will be available March1- March15. Those not signed up by that date will be assigned a date and time.

  • Families need to sign up for a time with their child's advisor.
  • Students need to attend.
  • Special education students should also visit with their special education teacher.

9th - 12th Grade: Sign Up for a Conference Date & Time
