PAJAMA PROJECT

‘Tis the Season for Giving!

North Iowa High School T.A.G. students are supporting The Great Bedtime Story Project.  This is a project dedicated to helping children get pajamas. Pajama Program distributes new pajamas and new books to children in need, infant through age 17. These children live in various situations including group homes, shelters, and temporary housing facilities.  They are often shuffled from one place to another. Many of them have been abandoned, abused, or neglected. Most of these children have never enjoyed the simple comfort of having a mother or father tuck them in at bedtime with warm, clean pajamas and a bedtime story. Some of the children the pajama project serves are living with their families below the poverty level, in desperate need of food, clothing, and shelter.  Children in our area need our help.

TAG students have placed donation boxes at the east and south doors of the school and will collect pajamas through Dec. 14.
