Periods 4-9 Regular Schedule

7/8 FB players – report to the gym at 8:30 this morning (after attendance is taken).

Congratulations to the 7th grade girls on winning 7 out of 8 games against Forest City. Best of luck as you prepare for Thursday night’s games against W-CL-T.

2008 Iowa Youth Survey Online – information will be distributed to Grades 6, 8 and 11 today - for students to take home to parents – the refusal of consent form on the back page needs to be turned in by Sept. 19^th ONLY if the student will NOT be participating - otherwise it will be passive consent. These forms were also distributed with registration packets.

Study tables – will be held after school on Wednesday.

REMINDERS:

8^th graders and parents – Hawkeye Stages will be here on Thursday, Sept. 18^th to meet with students at 2:30 p.m. and to meet with parents at 6:00 p.m. Deposits are due at that time.

7/8 football and 7/8 volleyball schedule –

Tuesday – 7/8 FB games at Garner at 4:00 – bus leaves at 3:00. 7/8 VB practice after school – shuttle leaves Thompson at 5:30.

Wednesday – 7/8 FB & VB practices after school – shuttle leaves Thompson at 5:30.

Thursday – 7/8 VB games with W-CL-T at home at 4:15. 7/8 FB practices after school – shuttle leaves Thompson at 5:30.

Friday - 7/8 FB & VB practices after school – shuttle leaves Thompson at 4:50 (varsity FB game at Lake City).

Mid-term – is Friday, Sept. 19^th. Reports will be mailed out the following week.

Wednesday, Sept. 24^th – 1:30/1:50 dismissal due to staff development.
