Mrs. Porter’s band study hall should report tothe shop 6th period today.

All girls and boys who signed up to help at the high
school track meet today plaese be there at the correct
time field event helpers by 4:40 and others no later than
4:50. Thanks very much for helping out.

CONGRATULATIONS to the 7th and 8th grade girl's and boy's
track teams on their second place finishes last night at
Britt. Your coaches are very proud of you!!

Congratulations to the boys track team on their 2nd
place finish at the track meet at West Hancock. They
scored 101 points and had many 1st place
performances. Cody Reimann 1st in the shot put. Jared
Kozitza 1st in the long jump, Dustin Lorenson 1st in the
100 meter dash. Kyle Frerichs, Dylan Ellsworth, Cody
Wirtjes, and Matt Kahler 1st in the 800 Medley Relay.
Tyler Anderson also came in first in the 200 and 400
meter Dash and 1st in the 800 meter Dash all of Tyler's
races were school records. It was an excellent meet
against good competition. Congratulations to the girls
on an outstanding 2nd place finish as well. Thanks for
the way everyone supported each other.

Swing Choir meets tomorrow (Wedneday, April 24) at
7:30 a.m. If there are parents who can drive, I'm still

Lisa Meinders, Courtney Holland, Kristine Keil, Emily
Thomsen, and Megan Helle please come to the music
room during Courtney and Emily's voice lesson time
today - 9:56 to 10:16. We will practice your song for the
Variety Show. Thanks! Mrs. Kettwick

7th grade girls who are singing in the small group for
the variety show - we will have practice today during 4th
hour. Please come to the music room during that time.

8th grade boys this is the last full week of Butter Braid
sales. Get out and do your best. Remember the Butter
Braid company gives $50 to the top sales person.
thanks for your hard work in supporting the baseball
program. Money needs to be collected when they place
the order NOT when they are delivered. Checks made
out to North Iowa Baseball.

There is a Hunter Safety class scheduled at the Thompson
Middle School on Saturdays April 27 and May 11 from 8:30 am
to 4:00 pm. Students must attend both days. There is no
fee for this course. If you are interested Call Mr.
Huntington at 584-2873 in the evening. Class size is
limited.

8th Graders: There is still a large number of students that haven’t turned in their 2002-2003 schedule yet. This needs to be done right away. Please turn into the office. Thank you
