Any high school boys interested in wrestling this year should come to
the guidance office at the beginning of seminar today for a brief, but
important meeting.
There will be a practice session for all quiz bowl members during
seminar today – all interested please come!
Please dismiss the cross country teams today at 2:15 for the conference
meet in Klemme. Thank you.
Jazz Band will
rehearse during seminar today.
All seniors meet at
the beginning of Seminar on Friday in the auditorium for a brief meeting with
Mr. Huntington. Should take 5 minutes at most.
We have Cross
Country and Football this week so there
is still time for any of the classes to take the lead and win the Ice Cream
Social! Don't let a little snow stop you from showing off your school spirit!

FCCLA members -
Please continue to bring in a bag of Tootsie Pops and give to Mrs. Larsen. We will meet Tuesday night, Oct. 19th at 7
p.m. to make ghost suckers. Refreshments
for the meeting will be provided by Tia and Shelby. Also remember to pay your $12 dues. Our Pampered Chef Rep. will be here on
Monday the 19th during seminar to distribute our Fund Raising Materials.

TODAY is the last day for anyone interested in Winter Cheerleading in High School or Middle School. Please contact Dy Quisling (quisling@northiowa.org).
FFA members you
MUST get your dues paid ASAP to Mr. Meyer. The FFA dues are $11.00 and
must be paid by Nov 1st.
If you are a
freshman or sophomore (boys and girls) and you are considering going out for
basketball this year please e-mail Mr. Hinders (hinders@northiowa.org)by this
Friday stating your level of interest. I
need numbers to take to the next AD meeting concerning scheduling.
If anyone finds an iPOD, please turn it into the office. Reward to who turns in the iPOD! Thanks!
Students and Parents--Just a reminder concerning lunch and be sure to check your lunch balance online – if your account is negative you will need to pay cash for seconds or you are not allowed seconds. Students and teachers are reminded to sign up for lunch if you plan to eat. This helps the cooks know how much food to prepare to have enough for everyone.
