Students: Doctor’s notes and other appointment excusal notes are required when leaving school for such appointments.  Notes can be hand delivered to the office or faxed to the school.  Professional offices are accustomed to writing excusal notes for students, but you need to ask for them.  Absence for such appointments will be considered unexcused unless an excusal note is given to the Main Office.  Thanks for your cooperation.

Those students who are taking the PSAT test today should report to their 1^st hour class for announcements, lunch count and attendance.  Then report to the multi-purpose room for testing.

The following FFA members MUST meet with Mr. Meyer briefly during homeroom today to discuss National FFA Convention. Megan M, Becca M, Kayla S, Jessica S, Katelin F, Morgan K, Dana S, Kelsey G, Alex W, MacKenzie D, Trace L, Dylan V.

Pep rally THURSDAY in the auditorium will start at the end of 7th hour. Please do not fill the first 5 rows on the main floor of the auditorium or the back 3 rows of the balcony. Please be prompt so we can recognize cross country before they leave at 2:25.

FCCLA members- Please pay your $15 dues. Also please bring 1 pkg. of Blow Pops Suckers to the nest meeting- Oct. 24th. Officers should bring 1 box of Kleenex.

There will be a quiz bowl meeting on Friday during homeroom for all those interested in competing on Saturday at Algona Garrigan.  Please be prompt.

All Punt, Pass and Kick winners will be given trophies or medals during halftime at this Friday night’s football game.

Lifetouch Picture Retake Day – Friday, October 14 – starting with elementary at 8:30 a.m. with MS and HS to follow.  Students wanting a retake need to bring their picture packet with them and give to the photographer.  Any new students or any absent students from Sept. 6^th should have their picture taken that day.  Extra picture packets are available from the main office.
