Attention Juniors: The Junior magazine sales kickoff will be today 9th hr. Juniors please report to the auditorium for the meeting at 3:01.
Student Council Members: We will be holding a working lunch student council meeting Wednesday, September 15th, in the Multi-Purpose Room. Please leave your 5th hour class and head directly to the cafeteria, to the front of the line to get your meal before heading to the Multi-Purpose Room for our meeting. We will again be discussing Homecoming. Everyone needs to attend this meeting! Thanks, Mrs. Recker
This week’s class competition is North Iowa Trivia. All the answers can be found in the building somewhere. Staff has been asked NOT to answer questions related to the trivia game. You should be able to find these answers by just looking around.

Also a reminder to ALL new FFA members please stop by to see Mr. Meyer so we can get you measured for your FFA Jacket. FFA Dues are $16 and MUST be paid by Oct 1st.
Sophomores will take the math exemplar today, period 9 in the multipurpose room. Report to the MPR, not your study hall and Mr. De Boer will take attendance. Calculators are allowed but not necessary to complete this test, so if you want to bring one you may. Otherwise just bring something to write with and homework in case you finish early.
Football memory mate pictures are in the office and may be picked up anytime.

The Fall Play read through meeting is Wednesday at 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the Commons. We need as many cast members as possible to attend.
Looking for some silver cord volunteer hours? Bethany Lutheran Church in Thompson needs some shrubs/bushes trimmed – see Carolyn Flo in the kitchen for more information.
Congratulations to Alec Ostrander for being "Caught Showing Character" last week. His name was drawn out of the 7 nominations received. Scott Evans and Maddie Arnevik were selected as Fans of the Week last week and each earned an additional 50 points for their class. Scott and Maddie can "shop" from the bottom shelf of the display case across from Mr. Embrock's office. Alec, Scott and Maddie need to report to the HS MC sometime after 12:30 TODAY for pictures.
Students need to sign in or out of the HS office when leaving school or returning to school.
