Fall Lifetouch pictures will be taken today. All seniors need to have their pictures taken too. Only if you want to purchase a package, do you need to have the picture form/money given to photographer.
Fall Play meeting today at 4:00 pm in the auditorium. This is an informative meeting. Wednesday, September 2nd will be auditions for Neil Simon's Fools at 3:45 pm in the auditorium.
All Seniors will be meeting at 1:30 today in the
multipurpose room for a Senior Planning meeting with the
The junior class fundraiser will begin tomorrow with the QSP magazine fundraiser. Juniors are dismissed for the meeting at 11:15 and report to the auditorium. All juniors must attend this meeting.
AM PE is every A-Day and it starts at 7:00 AM.
Any student who is arriving late to school or leaving school early needs to sign in or sign out in the HS office.
Any student who is tardy for any class needs to get a pass from the HS office to be admitted into class.
Little Bison Childcare Center is looking for a high school student to work after school and on no-school days. Have to be 16 years old. Stop down at the daycare for an application.
The volleyball team is looking for managers to help with stats during every game and for tournaments as well. If you are interested, please contact Coach Engelbarts or Coach Matson. Our first game is Tuesday, September 1st at home. Thank you.
Students may play basketball and volleyball during
lunch/lobby time but must have clean shoes to be on the floor. You are
not allowed on the gym floor unless your shoes are free of rocks, mud, or
anything else that may scratch or damage the floor. Please be careful of
the lights and other items in the gym when playing in the gym.
Students are allowed to go to the HS Media Center during
Seminar only if given a pass from the teacher they need to do the work for.
Any student who is tardy for any class needs to get a pass from the HS office to be admitted into class.
Any student with any absence needs to have his/her parent contact the HS Office in a timely manner by calling or emailing. Notes are also acceptable.
Students need contact the HS Media Center or email techsupport@northiowa.org if you need technology assistance. This would include updating or renewing student identification (ID) cards, getting login and password information for network and email access, etc.
This weeks “Fan of
the Week” goes to Tia Dupont! The Senior class will
receive an extra 50 points and Tia will receive the Spirit Award,
Congratulations Tia!
The class with the
most Spirit this last week was the Senior class. Seniors will receive 200
points for first place plus the 50 from the Fan of the Week. In second place
was the Junior class, they will receive 150 points. Third place was the
Freshmen class, they will receive 100 points.
