·        Period 5       10:16-10:38

·        Period 7       11:10-11:32

·        Period 8       11:37-12:00

Study Hall – Locker checkout for 9th and 10th graders.

·        Lunch 12:13-12:43

 

At the discretion of the supervisors/teachers, you may receive necessary signatures after school today.

 

Today---Juniors can begin checking out at 11:50; Sophomores can begin checking out at 12:20; Freshmen can begin checkout out at 12:50.

 

High School students are dismissed for the day if they have been officially checked out by Mr. Embrock.  Mr. Embrock will only officially sign students out if all dues/fees/fines have been paid and when all necessary supervisors have signed their checkout sheet.

Students in grades 9 through 11who still need help with next year’s schedules should finalize your schedule with Mr. Huntington or Mr. Embrock today before leaving for the summer.

 

FFA meeting/grill out today after school at Lions Park will start around 1:30.  All FFA members are encouraged to attend, food will be provided but bring your own pop etc.  Questions please see Mr. Meyer.

 

Checkout sheets are available in the office.  Students need to have the following sign their checkout sheets before Mr. Embrock does final checkout today:  All teachers (1st & 2nd semester), Mrs. Davids (lunch account), Mrs. Anderson or Mrs. Hippen (HS Media Center materials), Mr. Hinders (activities equipment), Mr. Huntington (next year’s schedule), and 9th period teacher/advisor (locker checkout).

 

There are a limited number of State Golf Qualifier T-shirts for sale for $15.00.  See Mrs. Krull ASAP.

 

Chelsey Adams, Kelsey Griffin, Alyssa Swearingen and Rae Sabin need to turn in cheer camp balances ASAP to the business office. Check your email for your balance due.

 

See Mr. Hinders if you did not get your letters or pins if you did not attend Award’s Night.

 

Kelsey Ufford needs to pay for a fine in the business office. Please see Sheryl Davids. The item will need to be paid for before I will be able to sign your check out sheet at the end of the year.

 

Haley Williams please turn in TOWEL MONEY. Chelsey Adams, Haley Williams, Jessica Adams, Kelsey Griffin, Caitlin Sahr and McKhayla Paul need to turn in cheer camp balances ASAP to the business office. Check your email for your balance due.

 

There is still one vocal book that has not been turned in from the musical. Please turn in to the business office today!

 

Students that make a college visit to an Iowa Private College during Private College Week, August 1-5, 2011, can receive a free music download.   Go to www.thinkindependently.com for information.   See Mr. Huntington or Holly Arnevik for your music download card. 

 

“$500 Scholarship for NIACC by attending the free four day Youth Entrepreneurial Academy (YEA).  It is from Sunday, June 19 – Thursday, June 23rd.  You stay at the dorms during the week and all expenses are paid. Complete applications as soon as possible which are available in my office

 

The following high school students will have birthdays this month after school is out for the summer:  Deja Davis on May 26th; Kassidy Quisling on May 30th; JT Roe on May 31st.
