All students need to be officially checked out prior to leaving for the summer.  All of your teachers and other designated school officials need to verify you have turned in all materials and paid all fines or accounts.  Students in grades 9-11 should get a checkout sheet from their Seminar teacher for the final day of school.  Your Seminar teacher should also have a schedule of the final day of school – Friday, May 23.  It is at your teacher’s discretion when to sign your checkout sheet.  Please avoid interrupting classes or wandering around the school to get signatures.  If you have any fines or fees to pay or materials equipment to replace, you must have these items paid for before Friday’s final checkout.

All students grades 9-12 need to return all library materials that you have checked out.  If you cannot find an item please talk to Mrs. Hippen or Mrs. Anderson to discuss replacement fees.  If you are unsure of whether you have items checked out or not you can ask in the media center.  Your check out sheets cannot be signed until materials are returned, replaced, or paid for.
