senior sign-out slips beginning on Tuesday.
Quiz Bowl team, Golf
JV/Varsity team, Individual Speech, Yearbook Staff photos will be taken
tomorrow at 12:30. Meet by the elementary media center. Golf team
bring your shirts and wear them for the photo.
Tomorrow, Tuesday, May 17th
there will be a State track and golf pep rally for the high school and middle
school students. Students are dismissed
to north gym at 2:50.
The
FCCLA Duct Tape event is tomorrow-- 9th hour.
Mr. Embrock and Mr. Hemiller are currently in
the lead, so let's remember to purchase tape for Mr. Meyer and Mrs. Recker! Tape is $1 per yard, and today, and now is on
special---you'll get a 6th yard free if you purchase 5 yards or have purchased
5 yards already!!
Tomorrow, Tuesday, May 17th
there will be Awards Night at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium.
Congratulations
to the boys golf team for there 4th place finish at sectional. They missed going to districts by 3 strokes,
but they did a great job. Congratulations to Eric Krull for his second place
finish over with a 75 which makes him eligible for Districts. WELL DONE!!
Coach Garza
would like to thank all the boys and girls varsity and JV players for coming
out for golf this year. All of you made coaching you lots of fun. Hope to see you next year!!

girls varsity golf team at Districts in Lake Mills.
We still need a few senior photos---Please bring them in to Holly Arnevik for the
yearbook. You can also email them to arnevik@northiowa.org.
You can submit two different poses.
Students are reminded to
dress appropriately for school. Even though the weather is getting
warmer, clothing should not overly revealing too tight, too short, etc.
If you have any questions about appropriate dress, please ask your teachers or
the office.
Students need to return ALL
checked out materials to the correct media center by Wednesday, May 18th.
The following FFA members owe

Anyone interested in FOOTBALL
or COMPETITION CHEER for next year needs to have tryout forms turned in by next

Adams, Kelsey Griffin, Caitlin Sahr and McKhayla Paul need to turn in cheer camp balances ASAP to
the business office. Check your email for your balance due.
Varsity softball practice for
those in golf/track report to practice after your golf or track practice.
Also for anyone who can make it, hitting practice will be on Tuesday and Friday
mornings from 7:00 to 7:45 at the softball field.
Those students who havent
turned in their pre-registrations sheets will not be able to opt out of 9th
periods until they are turned in.
Please check your lunch
account balance! If your family account is negative $10.00 or more you
will need to bring $2.25 to eat lunch or please bring a sack lunch. ---Sheryl

books that have not been turned in from the musical. Please turn in to the
business office today!

visit to an Iowa Private College during Private College Week, August 1-5, 2011,
can receive a free music download. Go to www.thinkindependently.com for

music download card.
$500 Scholarship for NIACC
by attending the free four day Youth Entrepreneurial Academy
(YEA). It is from Sunday, June 19 Thursday, June 23rd.
You stay at the dorms during the week and all expenses are paid. Complete
applications as soon as possible which are available in my office
