The end of the 3rd Quarter is on Tuesday, March 18.  Make sure you are communicating with your teachers and getting all work turned in to your teachers.  If you let your teachers know if advance, they can make themselves available to help you before or after school.  Also, you need to remember that eligibility for co-curricular activities will be reviewed after 3rd Quarter grades are posted.

 

Entry doors are locked for security reasons and propping the doors open defeats the purpose of the security.  No items should be propped in the entry doors into the school building.  This is happening mostly in the west weight room entry door.  You need to use your student ID card to enter this door.  If you do not have a student ID card, please talk to someone in the HS Media Center.  Replacement student ID cards cost $5.00.  Thank you for your cooperation.

 

Any High School student interested in participating or putting together a team for a North Iowa Conference Dodgeball tournament to be held on Saturday, March 29th, needs to sign up by tomorrow by the end of the day.  Sign up in high school office.

 

There will be meeting today at 12:10 in the multi-purpose room for all boys going out for baseball. Coach Ewest.

 

Students in grades 9-11 need to turn in the pre-registration request sheets to their Seminar teacher or to the HS office ASAP.

 

Elementary students are bowling on Tuesday and Thursday.  Times are: 10:30 – 11:20, 12:40 – 1:40 and 1:40 – 2:40.  If you would like to help, please email or see Mrs. V.  Thanks.

 

Graduation announcement orders will be delivered on March 25th.  Bills will be sent in the mail to each parent before delivery.  You will need your total balance paid before receiving your graduation orders on March 25th.  They can be picked up from 11:22 to 12 noon that day.

 

If you ordered a TAG t-shirt, please pay Mrs. Peake $15.25 ASAP.

 

Seniors are reminded to return completed consent forms and $5.00 payment for your meningococcal vaccination to Mrs. Aukes by Friday, 3-14-08.

 

The NIHS is holding a blood drive on Thursday, 3-27-08 from 2 to 6:30 pm.  To donate blood you muist be 16 years of age, weigh 120 pounds, and be in good health.

Allison Ostermann, Kayla Hovland, and Amanda Evans can pick up their all conference certificates in the main office.
