As spring approaches and the weather improves, there seems to be more opportunities to engage in activities that could be against school policy.  I hope you are able to make positive choices and avoid making unhealthy decisions that affect you and possibly others.  The school has no control of what activities you engage in outside of the school day, but there are consequences for illegal or inappropriate activities.  As you should be aware, the school has a Good Conduct Policy in place to discourage illegal or negative behaviors out of school.  The policy is in place and must be enforced.  If you violate the Good Conduct Policy for any reason, the school will have no choice but to enforce the policy and its consequences.  The best advice that we can give you is to avoid any activities that would violate the Good Conduct Policy and cause ineligibility.  The purpose of the Good Conduct Policy is to encourage healthy and positive behaviors for our high school students.  Please use positive peer pressure to encourage your friends and classmates to make healthy choices in and out of school.  Thank you for helping and for listening.
