DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS

Today’s 4th period PSEO students and tomorrow’s 8th period PSEO students need to report to the HS Business Lab on the 2nd floor for their PSEO class.  Mrs. Henn is your supervisor and will give you instructions and expectations during this time.

All PSEO students for periods 1, 2, 3, 6, and 7 will report to Mrs. Peake’s room for their PSEO class.

 

Keys on lanyard were found this morning.  Car key, etc.  Please identify in the office.

 

All JV and Varsity boys have practice after school today.  JV games at Belmond on Thursday is on.

 

Friday night is white-out night!  Show your North Iowa spirit by wearing white at the basketball games on Friday night against Lake Mills.  Go bison! 

 

Note to seniors:  There has been a change as to the due date for senior pictures—February 13th.  One senior picture needs to be given to the high school office for the composite.  One sent electronically to the BC Tribune at bctrib@wctatel.net

and one sent electronically to Mr. Silber at tsilber@mchsi.com

 

Speech participants – the bus will leave at 7:00 from BC on Saturday the 24th.  We will also stop in Thompson.  Be ready to go on time!  We should be home around 4:00.

 

There will be a junior prom committee meeting on Thursday in the ICN room at the beginning of second seminar.

 

Seniors need to pay $20 to the HS office to help pay for caps, gowns, stoles, and flowers for graduation.  Please pay by the end of January.

 

Attention to anyone wanting to be active over the winter months!  There will be a winter fitness club that meets in the gym lobby each Tuesday and Thursday at 3:45 starting this week.  It is open to anyone wanting to be active whether for athletics or just to be fit.  Contact Mr. Potter if would like more information – otherwise we’ll see you there.

 

The La James College Rep will be here on Thursday, January 22 at 11:45.

 

The varsity girls and boys will play Osage on Saturday, January 31 at 3:00.  This is the make up games from Friday and Saturday.

 

The FCCLA meeting that was snowed out on the 13th of Jan. will be made up during the 2nd Seminar next Tuesday, Jan 27th.  Pictures of the officers and those that participated in the District meeting lip sync will be taken. Treats will be provided by Courtney Kahler and Amanda Willmert.
