Lunch

There is bowling practice today at 4:30 to 5:55.
High school students will
have opt-out day both today and Friday this week.
Hoop shoot workers are needed
this Friday for the girls game. Please see Mrs. Recker if you are interested
in helping out.
E2020 students
who need their log-in password, please see Mr. Anderson.
The boys that were out for
BASEBALL last year (Summer 2011) need to stop in Mr. Eichenberger’s
room by tomorrow and sign something for the baseball donation.
Driver’s Education Sign-up:
North Iowa is offering one
session of classes and 2 options for student driving times. Class
sessions for all students will begin March 3rd and will run through
May 12th. You can attend classes without a driving permit as
long as you hold a driving permit before your first scheduled drive. The
deadline to signup is February 24th. Cost is $220 (in district) and $240 (out of
district).
Friday
we host Forest City at home. The boys are tied for that top spot in conference
standings and we expect a loud crowd!! Let's BLUE out and support our girls and
boys teams! Prizes for fan of the night for Elem, MS, HS and
Adult. Show you bleed true blue on Friday!!
Wrestlers should be reporting
to their respective homerooms before being dismissed for practices. Once you report to your homeroom, you will be
excused to practice.
Registration deadline for the
February 11th ACT test is January 13th. Go to www.actstudent.org to register.
Seniors can submit two senior
photos for the yearbook, one more formal photo and the other casual if you
would like. The photos can be emailed to arnevik@northiowa.org or
the photos can be brought to the guidance office at the high school.
Please submit the photos as soon as possible.
There will be a Destination DC Sloppy Joe Supper on Friday, Jan.
27th during the Newman vs. North Iowa basketball games.
Serving will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Commons, this is a freewill
donation. All proceeds will go to help pay for DC trip costs. We
will be serving Sloppy Joes, chips, bars, carrots and lemonade. Thank you
for supporting our 8th grade DC trip students.
