Lunch
today is: Chicken fajita on soft shell,

TODAY--The North Iowa Community School 7th
graders are hosting a Museum
Opening Night Gala open
house at the Heritage Museum (located in the new Heritage Town Center in
Buffalo Center from 7-8:30 pm. The museum will have exhibits that we researched
for, planned, and set up. Some examples that our exhibits will be about
are fires, the Creamery, the Iowa Theatre, the Sale Barn, boys and girls
basketball tournaments, prom, the old A&W, and many more. We hope to see
you all there! -North Iowa 7th graders
Bowling practice will be at
3:45 pm on Wednesday, January 11.
High school girls
basketball practice will begin at 4:45 today.
Please turn in your archery
forms to Mrs. Steffensen by Thursday for the tournament in Des Moines.
Reminder that all Coaches v Cancer tshirt orders are due MONDAY, Jan. 16. There is a spot in the Elem Media Center to
drop off your order forms and payements.

ASVAB testing for juniors
will take place this Friday, January 13th, from 8:30 to 11:30 in the
multipurpose room.
HS wrestlers need to turn
their parental permission forms into the Main Office if they are planning on
driving and/or riding to and from wrestling practice and events. Extra
forms are also available in the Main Office.
FCCLA
will have a meeting on Thursday, January, 12th at 7 p.m. No one has signed up bring refreshments. If
you want to volunteer, sign up on the bulletin board outside the FCS room or
tell Mrs. Larsen.
Today is the last day to recover your lost
and found items. Check the box by the girls locker room.
After today they will be given to Goodwill.
Wrestlers should be reporting
to their respective homerooms before being dismissed for practices. Once you report to your homeroom, you will be
excused to practice.
This week is the last chance
to change your schedule for the 2nd semester. Please see Mr.
Embrock or Mr. Huntington with any changes.

Registration deadline for the
February 11th ACT test is January 13th. Go to www.actstudent.org to register.
P.E. waiver sheets are needed
before second semester. These forms can be picked up in the main office.
Seniors can submit two senior
photos for the yearbook, one more formal photo and the other casual if you
would like. The photos can be emailed to arnevik@northiowa.org or
the photos can be brought to the guidance office at the high school.
Please submit the photos as soon as possible.
