Seniors need to pay $20 to the HS office to help pay for caps, gowns, stoles, and flowers for graduation. Please pay by the end of January.
We have some students not using their assigned lockers and using other lockers. If you are not using the locker assigned to you, you need to make arrangements with Mr. Embrock. Mr. Embrock and the HS office need to know what locker you are using. Also, lockers are still in need of cleaning. There are several with garbage and unnecessary items. Please clean up your lockers by Tuesday, January 13. We will have a locker check during seminars on Tuesday, January 13.

We will have an assembly for all high school students and staff today at 9:30 a.m. in the high school auditorium to help everyone understand the health and condition of Garrett Asmus. Students will be dismissed by intercom at about 9:25 a.m. The assembly will last about an hour.
PE will be bowling from January 5th through January 16th. Meet in the lobby for attendance. Bring a winter jacket because we'll be walking over to the lanes.
Softball hitting and throwing will be every Tuesday and Thursday morning. Not required to attend but highly suggested if you plan on going out this year for softball.
The following students need to see Mr. Embrock today during lunch or seminar to finalize their 2nd semester schedules: Ben Bromeland, Josh Kirk, Tanner Weringa, Jacob Crowder, James Janssen.
Reminder that there is a junior class meeting today in the multi-purpose room at the beginning of second seminar. We should be done by 12:15.
Jazz Band will rehearse during 1st seminar today and 2nd seminar on Thursday.

The next FCCLA meeting will be held on Tuesday night, Feb. 13, at 7:00 p.m. Planning for the Valentines Day fundraiser and FCCLA week as well as State conference will be on the agenda. Refreshments will be brought by Amanda Willmert and Courtney Kahler.

Due to the day of school that we missed on December 19, the end of the 1st semester will now be on Thursday, January 15 (it is a ‘B’ day). Make sure you are working with all of your teachers to get all of your work done by the end of the semester.
The 2nd semester will start on Friday, January 16. 2nd semester schedules should be set by now. Please talk to Mr. Huntington or Mr. Embrock asap if you need a change.
