Lunch today is:  Flying saucer (that is ham, potatoes, and cheese), sandwich, mixed fruit.

There will be a wrestling photo taken today at 12:30.  Please be dressed in your singlet and meet in the old cafeteria by 12:30.

There will be a bowling meet at Waverly January 8, starting time is 9:30 AM. Bowlers need to be ready to leave Buffalo Center at 7:00 AM.

FFA members need to turn in your money for fruit sales if you have not done so yet.

High school students needing to complete CPR certification skills or exam need to talk to Mrs. Aukes this week about when to finish certification requirements.  Course work needs to be completed by Jan 11^th.

Please dismiss the high school wrestlers at 2:55 today for their meet in Mason City.

The following FFA members need to meet with Mr. Meyer during 9^th hour study hall today for a few minutes.  Jessica Adams, Katelin Frerichs, Kelsey Griffin, Jenna Schutter.

FFA members need to get their money turned in ASAP for fruit sales.

Just a reminder to all those wanting to be active over the winter months – we have a winter fitness club that meets on Mondays and Thursdays after school at 3:40-4:30.  If you have any questions, contact Mr. Potter.

Reminder to any students interested in taking the ACT test on February 12^th at North Iowa High School.  Registration deadline is Friday, January 7^th.  Go to www.actstudent.org to register online.

The 1^st semester ends on Monday, January 10.  Make sure you are working with your teachers and completing all necessary work for your courses.

The 2^nd semester begins on Tuesday, January 11.  Some of you have not finalized your 2^nd semester schedules.  Mr. Embrock or Mr. Huntington will be pulling you out of class to finish your schedules.

Large group speech practice schedule is as follows:

Reader's theatre Friday 7:30 AM in Mr. Fisher's room.

Choral reading 9th hour today in Mr. Fisher's room.

All other teams see Mr. Fisher ASAP to schedule practice times.

Volleyball players if you did not turn in your uniform, please do this a.s.a.p. to Coach Judge. Thanks!

The following students need to report to Mrs. Kettwick’s room at 8:30 a.m. today. They will miss all of their morning classes.  They will be in a special class from 8:30 – 12:10.
