Early dismissal today 1:10-1:30--Period 1--8:25-9:30; 9:33-10:25--Period 2; 10:28-11:20--Period 3; 11:23-1:10--Period 4. Classes eating first lunch are P.E., physical wellness, Biology, Building Trades, Health Occupations, Essentials of Art, Study Center. Other classes eat second lunch.

Riverland Community College will be here today at 11:15. If you would like to visit with the rep see Mr. Huntington sometime this morning to get a pass.
Riverland is located in Albert Lea and Austin. They are also offering in state tuition to northern Iowa students. Medical professions as well as technical, computer and
business programs are some of their strengths.

Student Council Scholarship Applications are available to seniors that held a student council or class officer position during their high school career. Deadline is May 6th.

The American Legion and VFW Scholarship Applications will be handed out in Government class tomorrow. Deadline to be returned to Mr. Huntington is May 6th.

Freshmen golfers--Meet at the south end of school at 1:20 today for golf practice right after the early dismissal. Practice on your own for those who drive out.

Jazz Band 7:30 tomorrow morning.

Juniors - sign up to help with decorating on bulletin board by Mrs. Friesenborg's room. All juniors should sign up to help at least twice, even if you are not going to prom. We need everybody to help. Thanks.

The junior class decorating committee will meet in the art room during first seminar on Thursday.

NOTICE--I need a group of strong young men for yard work QUICK--before the lawn needs mowing. I would like it done--weather permitting on Friday after school or Saturday. I am Eleanor Roper at 15162--430th St., Leland (east of Thompson). Phone 584-2228 if you are interested.

**A flower garden raked carefully and the junk hauled away.
**Sticks picked up in the yard.
**Gravel and stone in the yard picked up and thrown back in the lane.
**Bring the pop of your choice, but I make great cookies and sandwiches. We will negotiate the price.
