C)  Remember to meet with Mr. Hill before September 1 about your professional development goal for the year.  You need to do the self-assessment prior to the goal setting.  What is your team goal?   What is your personal goal?

D) Remember the time change at the end of the day.    Release those riding the Thompson shuttle at 3:25 --- no earlier.   Release town students and all those going to the playground at 3:28.

E) ALWAYS meet your students at the door of the special they are going to or coming from.    Those teaching specials should not allow students to be released until the classroom teacher is present.   Recess supervisors will not release students until teachers have met them at the recess door.

I)  Personal leave is dependent on the availability of  a substitute.  Plan ahead.

J)  Is the schedule working?

K) Noon lunch needs tight controls on voice volume,  sitting properly while eating,  moving around the lunch room when finished eating, and lining up after lunch.    We want good citizenship and the lunch time to be orderly and respectful.  BEGIN WITH HIGH EXPECTATIONS AND THE REST OF THE YEAR WILL GO SMOOTHLY.

L)  BODY  BASICS  in the hallway.   Orderly lines and quiet voices.   If it takes a few times of practice to master that expectation feel free to repeat the lesson over and over again. THIS IS A MAJOR FOCUS FOR OUR ENTIRE ELEMENTARY STAFF FOR 2006-2007.
