GO BIG BLUE !!!

● Wow – A great first week has come and gone. Thank you parents for sharing your children with us.

● Fall Pictures with Lifetouch – Monday, August 31^st – Please bring your flyer/payment with you that morning. All students will be photographed even if not ordering anything because the pictures are used for the 09-10 annual.

● Wall of Fame – This is a new student recognition program. Teachers will acknowledge classroom achievement with a certificate and Mr. Myer will take a photo of those students to be posted outside of his office.

● Thank you Thompson pool for allowing 2^nd through 5^th grade students to come over and use the pool. The kids had a really good time.

● The Cheerleaders will be selling temporary tattoos before and after school on Friday's in the high school gym lobby. Small ones are 50 cents and arm band tattoo are $2. Eye blacks cost $2, but will ONLY be available AFTER SCHOOL and at the football field before the game. If you have any questions about styles, see one of the varsity cheerleaders or Dy Quisling.

● Reminder – The steps on the south side of the school are under construction. Please remind students that this construction zone is off limits for their play.

● Parents – Please remember to contact the school if your child is going to be absent for any reason.
