Parent-Teacher Conference preference slips were sent home Friday, we encourage you to select times directly at www.northiowa.org at the bottom right corner where it says “Conference registration.”   Please schedule an appointment with your child’s teacher – and include a time with Special Education teachers as appropriate. Online conference scheduling will be available from  Friday, Feb. 26th through Friday, March 12th.  If you will not be selecting times directly via the school web page, please send in the bottom of the form with your child.  We will schedule your conferences as close to your desired time as possible.  Those who have not turned in their preference time by Friday, March 12th will be assigned a date and time.  Scheduled conference date and times will be sent home by March 17th.

Pennies for PatientsBring in your pennies through Wednesday, March 3rd for “Pennies for Patients” fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Iowa.  This is the 3rd year for the program at our school and hopefully we can have another successful fund drive.  Last year we raised over $3500 as a school and were able to help many families affected by blood cancer diseases.  Once again our honor student for our school is Garrett Asmus, who successfully battled Hodgkin’s Disease last year.   most funds in the elementary, middle school, and high school levels.  Good luck and let me know if you have any questions. Brad Huntington
