C) TOTALLY AWESOME
Professional Development Day last Wednesday ----- I am very proud of
this faculty and staff and your dedication.
Our study of books such as Qualities of an Effective Teacher and Eight Habits of the Heart for Educators are so meaningful for us because we have a
caring faculty and staff. The concepts,
techniques, and strategies discussed in each book help re-affirm our efforts
and encourage us that we are on the right path. Our goal is to help every child become more
successful ---- and we are having an impact.

Thanksgiving. Every day should be a day
we give thanks for the place we work, the people we have the opportunity to
work with and the wonderful children who walk through our doors each morning.
F) November 29 we
will host Nancy Prohaska. She will be speaking to
parents about “Positive Discipline as a Parent.” This evening is sponsored by Head Start and
we have partnered with them to also offer the information to our parents with
school-age children. This will be a
great evening. Flyers will go home to
parents twice.
G) Grandparent’s Day 2007 ------ I
am still getting phone calls and personal note thanking us for the wonderful
Grandparent’s Day experience. Well done
team.

2-4 tsps. mild chili powder 2
pinches of salt & of ground black pepper
1 tsp.

1.
Put
the bouillon cube and 1 cup of boiling water into a heatproof container. Stir them well, then put the container aside.
2.
Use a
large pan. Peel the onion and cut it in
half. Slice it, then cut it into small

rinse them under cold water.
