a Veterans Day activity in your mailbox.
Take a moment to discuss why Veterans Day takes place and the sacrifices
our women and men have made to protect our freedoms and rights.
• Thank you to all
those who have worked so hard to make connections for students around the election. Thank you to Kim Ostermann and Deb Aukes for
their efforts around Team Nutrition and the ties to the election. Wasn’t all those activities fun. Thank to the entire staff who contributed and
took part.
• We hosted Darrin
Miller, professional chef, last Tuesday
as part of our Team Nutrition efforts.
Out students made a very positive impression on him and
the press. I think it would be
appropriate to have each class send him a THANK YOU. Bring your class thank you notes to Sheryl
Davids by Tuesday and she will mail them in one package.
• Our students did a
great job performing our fall play, “Phantom of the Soap Opera.”
The short sneak peak matinee on Thursday was great for our
students to see what it takes to put on such a performance an all the potential
roles behind the scenes. A SPECIAL
THANK YOU TO
ALL THOSE WHO
ATTENDED. It means so much to the
students to see you there.
• The
403B meeting scheduled for Wednesday is an optional meeting. No one is required to attend. Keep in mind you need to contact your
