2 H1N1 vaccinations will be given to children 9 and under on Thursday,
01-21-2010 at 8:40 am. Those children under 10 years of age and
needing their second dose of H1N1 will be given another consent form for
parents to complete and return to school. Students will be called out of
class when needed.
This clinic is also available for any other
student or employee or community member that has not received a
vaccination. Please contact Mrs. Aukes if you know of a student who would like the vaccine, so a consent
form can be signed by parent or any questions or concerns.
