Long Term Goal: All
K-12 students will achieve at high levels in reading comprehension, prepared
for success beyond high school.
Annual Goal: To
increase percent of students in grades 3-8 and 10 scoring at or above grade
level on the vocabulary subtest of the Gates MacGinitie
Reading Assessment.
d) All week the elementary will use “whisper” level visiting in
the Commons during lunch. Respect. Responsibility.
e) Mr. Huntington and the
high school students did a great job with last week’s Rock In Prevention Program.
f) I was very proud of our students and their
conduct at the Rock-n-Prevention program last week. I want to thank all the faculty and staff
members who place an emphasis on good citizenship. Thank you.
g) K-Prep through grade 2 behavior management training with Keva Hale on September 28.
Plan to attend both meetings. The
training will take place in the elementary media center and run from 3:40 –
5:00.
