GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

A) OUR EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY

We believe parents, the school, and the community must impart to students a system of moral standards and beliefs allowing them to function in a democratic society.

 

B) ANNUAL PROGRESS GOALS

      Math

Long Term Goal: All K-12 students will achieve at high levels in mathematics, prepared for success beyond high school.

Annual Goal: The percent of students scoring proficient (70%) on the district Computation Test (grades 2-8) and the district Algebra Test (grade 10) will increase using two-year averaging.

G) Are there a couple of volunteers to help  present to the rest of the faculty on May 31?   District-wide we will be working on narrowing and defining our benchmarks   PLUS  developing a rubric for those benchmarks.

    The Elementary Team has accomplished a great deal.   How can we help the other levels through this process?
