A) BOARD GOALS
It is the goal of the

GOAL
Science
Long Term Goal: All
K-12 students will achieve at high levels in science, prepared for success
beyond high school.
Annual Goal: The
percent of students in grades 6, 8 and 11 that score at the intermediate level
or higher will increase (ITBS, ITED) or the percent of students scoring
proficient (3 or higher) will increase from fall to spring on the district
science assessment (grades 5-8 and 10).
C) Elementary Field Trip
Schedule: Tues.-May 15: 1st Grade Field Trip to Thorpe Park
12:30-3:15, Wed., May 16: 3rd Grade Field Trip to Dairy Farm,
Thurs., May 17: 1st Grade Rain Date, 2nd Grade Field trip
to Lime Creek Nature Center 9:00-3:00, Tues., May 29: 2nd Grade Rain

next District Advisory Committee meeting.

F) Graduation 2007
is May 20.
Faculty members
gather in the Commons 20 minutes prior to graduation to receive your
flower. We will proceed in and sit
together.
F) June 13 is our summer inservice
day. We are very fortunate to have Cathy
Angel presenting. Ms. Geitzenauer has
worked very hard to make this day reality and we owe her a hearty thank
you. She is also ordering the materials
for the day. We will be able to use
those throughout the year next year.
G) MAKE – UP
DAYS:
November 10 was made-up on February 16.
January 15 will be made-up on April 5.
March 1 will be made-up on April 9.
March 2 will be made-up on May 29.
April 11 will be made-up on May 30
H) Bison Clubhouse Summer School --- June 11 – July 12 --- Monday – Thursday
K-2nd = 8:30-10; 3rd – 4th = 10:00-11:30; Middle School = 9:00- 11:00
We need two
certified teachers.

Differentiation of instruction challenges every educator. It takes hard work but the benefits our
outstanding.
L) Personal
leave is dependent on the availability of a substitute. Plan ahead.
Spring
is a difficult time to find available substitute teachers. Please take this into consideration.

May 14 is Little Bison Preschool’s “Muffins with Mom” celebration in the
Commons 8:30 a.m.
