GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

A) BROAD PROGRAM GOALS

We must produce students who can adapt to change, respect others, and work cooperatively to become contributing members of society.

 

B) ANNUAL PROGRESS GOALS

Science

Long Term Goal: All K-12 students will achieve at high levels in science, prepared for success beyond high school. 

 

Annual Goal: The percent of students in grades 6, 8 and 11 that score at the intermediate level or higher will increase (ITBS, ITED) or the percent of students scoring proficient (3 or higher) will increase from fall to spring on the district science assessment (grades 5-8 and 10).

 

C)  Please give Rena copies of report cards for non-custodial parents who did not attend conferences by Tuesday morning.

 

D) In recognition of National Library Week (April 2 - 8), the K-Prep class will be walking to the        Buffalo Center Public Library on Wednesday, April 5th.  They will enjoy a quick tour of the library, a story, and a snack.
