“PROCEDURES MUST
BE PRACTICED.” Harry Wong
------ Recess rules need to be practiced.
Lining up when the whistle blows is a procedure. Practice it ---- explain the purpose for the
rule. Be consistent in how the rule is
enforced. Now that we have returned from Christmas it is
especially important to review procedures and practice them over and over
again.
•
April 1 the Conference-wide Inservice planning team
will meet.
• We host several varsity and middle school
track meets this spring. Please sign up
in the office to assist on running an event or helping in the “crow’s
nest.” Our track meets are a real
showcase for our communities and our district.

ü
Rain dancin' only works if you
have good timing.
ü
The easiest way to eat crow is
while it's still warm. The colder it gets, the harder it is to swaller.
ü
Don't worry about bitin' off
more'n you can chew. Your mouth is probably a whole lot bigger'n you think.
ü
Always drink upstream from the
herd.
ü
If you find yourself in a hole,
the first thing to do is stop diggin'.
ü
It don't take a genius to spot
a goat in a flock of sheep.
ü
Never hit a man who's chewin'
tobacco.
ü
Don't never interfere with
somethin' that ain't botherin' you none.
