B) ANNUAL PROGRESS
GOALS
Science
Long Term Goal: All
K-12 students will achieve at high levels in science, prepared for success
beyond high school.
Annual Goal: The
percent of students in grades 6, 8 and 11 that score at the intermediate level
or higher will increase (ITBS, ITED) or the percent of students scoring
proficient (3 or higher) will increase from fall to spring on the district
science assessment (grades 5-8 and 10).

D) March 27 we will
hold a reaction meeting to the new high school curriculum design and structure

E) March 29 we will
have a hearing on the Good Conduct rule to be in effect for 2007-2008.

been a wonderful experience.

planning continues.
L) Thursday, March 29 we will host a Transition
Night for middle school and high school students and parents who have IEPs. The meeting will take place in the HS Media Center
and ICN room. The meeting will begin at
5:00.
M) Our next Elementary Faculty meeting is
Tuesday, March 20 -------- I apologize for having to postpone the meeting for a
week.. We will

Tentatively the dates for our spring meetings
will be March 28, April 10, May 1, and May 15.
Remember when you
are presenting with
your group around the book study.
N) BOOK STUDY FORMAT: 10-15 minutes of team-led discussion regarding the chapter followed by an activity which challenges us to implement something learned in that portion of the book. Each elementary faculty member will share their implementation.
Every faculty member will take part in the book study.
Those
taking the book study for credit will have extra things to complete.
