• Math annual achievement goal: The percent of
students scoring proficient (70%) on the
District Computation Test (grades 2-8) and the District Algebra test (grade 10)
will increase using two-year averaging.

the ICN room. The training at the Elementary/High
School will be on Thursday, February 26 at 7:30 a.m., 8:30 a.m., and 4:00 p.m.
and will also be held in the ICN room.

Children’s Theater group will be here to perform on Tuesday, February 17 at
2:00 p.m.----- we wll be sitting on the auditorium stage floor ------ grade 1
should begin moving ot the stage about 1:55 ---2nd and 3rd
grad should move to the stage by 1:57 and everyone else at 1:59. Visit with students regarding good
citizenship and proper etiquette.

------ Recess rules need to be practiced.
Lining up when the whistle blows is a procedure. Practice it ---- explain the purpose for the
rule. Be consistent in how the rule is
enforced. Now that we have returned from Christmas it is
especially important to review procedures and practice them over and over
again.

Pep Band Concert ----- Thursday, February 26.
• We will host the North Iowa Ministerial
Association here for lunch and their regular meeting on Tuesday, February 24.

often do your students use the phases “PLEASE”
and “THANK YOU?”.
• Cold and Flu season is upon us. Remind students to wash their hands
frequently. Get plenty of rest.

students during the second semester as they complete their clinical
