A) ESSENTIAL LEARNINGS

B) ANNUAL PROGRESS
GOALS
Long Term Goal: All
K-12 students will achieve at high levels in reading comprehension, prepared
for success beyond high school.
Annual Goal: To
increase percent of students in grades 3-8 and 10 scoring at or above grade
level on the vocabulary subtest of the Gates MacGinitie
Reading Assessment.

for. We are building good character
one child at a time and one act at a time.
E) KENGMO Assembly will take place WEDENESDAY,
January 25.
The assembly will be in the north gym and will
begin promptly at 10:00.
We will be utilizing seating similar to what
we do for Homecoming.

CLASS DOWN AROUND 9:55.
F) What can we do to help our students have a greater
understanding of the KENGMO assembly?
What can we do prior to the event and what can we do as follow-up on
several dates after the event?
G) “Coffee On The Supe” was fantastic
last Friday in Rake.
H) FEBRUARY 15 ----
Elem. Faculty Meeting --- Math benchmark suggestions are due at that time.
I)
Wellness Committee meeting is February 2 at 6:00 p.m. in the HS Media Center.
J) District Advisory Committee meeting is January 26 at 7:00 p.m. in
the
K) The North Iowa Home Page is the gauge we use
to determine if we go outside for recess or not. IT the air temperature OR
wind chill is at or below
ZERO we will have indoor
recess. As long as the temperature is
above zero we will go outside.
Exceptions will be rain or wet snow.
L) The auditorium renovation gets back into full
swing the next few weeks.
Dust and noise will
be common.
The end product
will be worth the wait and the inconvenience.
The AUDITORIUM RENOVATION ADVISORY
COMMITTEE is doing some great
work pulling plans together to add the final touches to the project.
