Long Term Goal: All
K-12 students will achieve at high levels in science, prepared for success
beyond high school.
Annual Goal: The
percent of students in grades 6, 8 and 11 that score at the intermediate level
or higher will increase (ITBS, ITED) or the percent of students scoring
proficient (3 or higher) will increase from fall to spring on the district
science assessment (grades 5-8 and 10) .

discuss the issues about what we can do to insure more students reach mastery

above zero we will go outside. Exceptions
will be rain or wet snow.
M) January 16 is Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Day. What can each person do in their
classroom to honor that day and the efforts Dr. King stood for regarding
equality, social justice, and non-violent protest?
N) The auditorium renovation gets back into full
swing the next few weeks. Dust and
noise will be common. The end product
will be worth the wait and the inconvenience.
